What a TMS has to do for a trucking company
A transport management system is only useful if it follows the way a haulier actually works: a customer sends a transport order, a dispatcher assigns equipment and a driver, the truck loads and unloads, paperwork comes back, an invoice goes out, and someone eventually asks whether the trip was worth doing.

Trips are created against a customer, so the commercial side of the job is known from the start. When the transport is done and delivery has been confirmed, the trip becomes billable and an invoice can be raised from it. Payments recorded later reduce the open receivable, and the trip shows its own payment state instead of leaving you to cross-check a bank statement by hand.
Status that reflects reality
Manual status fields drift. Easy TMS derives the operational status of a trip from its schedule and from the departures and deliveries that people explicitly confirm. If the planned unloading time has passed and nobody confirmed the delivery, the trip is flagged as awaiting delivery confirmation rather than silently marked as done.
Built for European operations
Routes are recorded with the countries involved, distances are split between empty and loaded kilometres, and the platform works in English, Romanian and German. Application data is hosted in the European Union and every company's data is isolated from every other company's at the database level.
