Easy TMS pricing

What the price includes

All plans include trip and dispatch management, the fleet register for tractors, semitrailers and drivers, transport document tracking with expiry warnings, invoicing, receipts and receivables, bank statement import and reconciliation, and cost and profitability reporting. There is no separate module fee.

Billing is monthly, in euro, and the subscription renews until you cancel it. You can change plan as your team grows or shrinks; a downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing period so you keep what you already paid for.

Trial and cancellation

Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial of the plan it selects. A payment method is collected when the trial starts, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial means no charge at all. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the account stays usable until then.

VAT and invoicing

Listed prices are net of VAT. Romanian business customers are charged Romanian VAT. Business customers in another EU member state who provide a VAT identifier that validates against VIES are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Buyers outside the EU are reviewed before checkout. The service is supplied and invoiced by Zenith Corp SRL.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and a downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

What counts as an active user?

Any user account that can sign in to your company in Easy TMS. Deactivated users do not count towards the limit.

Is a card required to start the trial?

Yes, a payment method is collected when the trial starts, but no payment is taken until the 14 days are over.
