Trip paperwork

Transport orders, CMR consignment notes and proofs of delivery are uploaded against the trip itself. When a customer asks for a document weeks later, it is found through the trip number rather than through an email search. Documents uploaded by your own staff can be accepted automatically, while documents that arrive from outside can be routed through a review step before they count as valid evidence.

Expiry tracking

Company documents, vehicle documents such as inspections and insurance, and driver documents such as licences and medical certificates are recorded with their validity period. A configurable threshold decides how early a document is reported as expiring, so renewals are handled before a vehicle is stopped at a roadside check.

Evidence you can rely on

Every document belongs to exactly one company and is only reachable by users of that company. Uploads are validated on the server, and the review workflow records who accepted a document and when, which matters when an invoice depends on a signed delivery note.
