About Easy TMS
Easy TMS is a transport management platform for small and medium road freight companies operating in Europe.
What we build
Easy TMS covers the operational core of a haulage business: planning and dispatching trips, keeping the fleet and driver register, tracking transport documents and their expiry dates, invoicing customers, following receivables, and reporting the cost and margin of the work that was done.
The product is developed for companies that run their own equipment, where the same handful of people plan trips, chase paperwork and issue invoices. That is why the modules share one dataset instead of being separate tools bolted together.
Who operates the service
Easy TMS is a software service supplied and invoiced by Zenith Corp SRL, a company registered in Romania with the VAT identifier RO32772890. The registered address is Str. 1 Mai 166, RO-517875 Petrești / Sebeș, Alba County, Romania.
Data and access
Application data is hosted in the European Union. Each customer company is isolated from every other one, enforced in the database rather than only in the interface. Users are invited with an explicit role, and account owners control who can reach billing and configuration.
Languages
The application and this website are available in English, Romanian and German, including the transport terminology each market actually uses.
