Fleet register and daily dispatch in one place

The equipment list and the dispatch board are the same data in Easy TMS, so planning a trip always uses the current state of the fleet.

Tractors and semitrailers

Each tractor and semitrailer has a record with its registration plate, technical details and attached documents. Because the register is shared with dispatch, planning a trip surfaces the equipment you actually have, and documents attached to a vehicle are one click away from the trip that uses it.

Drivers

Driver records hold personal and employment details together with the documents that have to stay valid — driving licence, driver card, medical and professional certificates. Remuneration rules can be defined per kilometre or per day, which is what feeds driver cost into trip profitability.

Dispatch

The dispatch view shows active trips with their route, assigned equipment, driver and current status. Loading and unloading windows are planned in advance, departures and deliveries are confirmed by the people who know they happened, and trips that pass their planned unloading time without a confirmation are made visible instead of being assumed complete.

  • Route with loading and unloading countries
  • Assigned tractor, semitrailer and driver on every trip
  • Planned versus confirmed times
  • Trips waiting for a delivery confirmation

Costs follow the fleet

Leasing, insurance, taxes and other recurring costs are attached to the specific tractor, semitrailer or driver they belong to. Easy TMS then allocates them over the calendar days that resource is committed to a trip, so a vehicle that stands still does not quietly make the last trip look more profitable than it was.
